I can’t start this list without having the Fairlife shakes at the very top! These are so dang delicious, they taste like chocolate milk. It’s not very often you find a shake that doesn’t have at least a little bit of protein taste, but these have none! They are a heavy hitter with the protein content too, with a whopping 30 grams! We typically purchase these at Sam’s Club, and you can also order off Amazon. If you’re new to protein shakes and wanting to try something easy to enjoy, these are your go to choice!
Premier Protein Shakes
These Premier Protein shakes are super easy to find and drink! You can pick them up basically anywhere, and there are a ton of flavor options. I can speak to loving the chocolate, café latte, and chocolate peanut butter flavors! I really enjoy these shakes because of the great protein content without a bold protein taste, very similar to the Fairlife shakes! Between the two, these are definitely easier to find and purchase at any local grocery stores, including Target.
OWYN Protein Shakes
If you’re looking for a plant based protein drink, these are the best I’ve found! I explored a couple of different plant protein drinks, and this was the best tasting option by far. These are a little lighter in the protein content, and taste a bit different that a traditional protein shake. But, when it comes to plant proteins you really can’t beat OWYN!
