Eden Yoga and Salt Studio

Eden Yoga and Salt Studio

jessie.m.helton

I am so excited to get back on track with trying new and different workouts to review for y’all! Last week, my friend Jamie and I decided to try out a new yoga studio in the Little Rock area, Eden Yoga and Salt Studio. The extra special part about this studio is that, as you see in the name, it’s also a salt studio! I have zero experience with salt studios up to this point besides just knowing they exist. After our visit to Eden, I might be hooked on the concept! Keep reading to get the details about our yoga and salt studio experience.

The Studio

I found Eden by googling the top yoga studios around my area to see what was available. I was immediately drawn to it because of salt therapy being in the title. They also had over 70 reviews and were rated at 5 stars! The studio is about 25 minutes from my house, which has been the average for most boutique workouts I’ve tried since moving. As soon as you walk into the studio there is an overwhelming sense of kindness and calm vibes. Everything is done in beautiful neutral colors, which is right up my alley with aesthetic! When we arrived the owner was there and she took the time to walk us through to studio and show us all of the really cool amenities they have to offer. She even set our mats up in the yoga studio and have us ready to go for class!

The Class

We went to an evening weekday Beginner/Intermediate Yoga class. This class is scheduled to be an hour, and we were both really excited! The instructor, Erica, is very kind and has a really fun personality. This class was a little less structured than other yoga classes I’ve been to before, but in a good way! Everyone was laughing and cracking jokes which made it feel like this client base is more of a family. Erica put her playlist together by asking her friends what songs are the most motivating to them right now, which I think is awesome. We did a lot of leg work in this class and were definitely ready for the cool down by the time it came!

Other Services

Within their yoga offerings, this studio also has an on demand option for clients that want to practice outside of the studio. In life after covid, that is such an important aspect in my opinion for any fitness studios to offer. Outside of being a great yoga studio, Eden also offers salt therapy! They have a beautiful sale therapy group room with big loungers. You can spend time meditating or relaxing in the room while soaking up all the benefits. In addition to that, they also offer infrared sauna and massage options! I’ve heard a lot about the benefits of infrared, so I hope to get to experience that at Eden soon. The saunas at Eden not only offer the infrared heaters, but also have chromotherapy lights!

Pricing

Pricing at Eden is done a handful of different ways. They offer a few new client specials which are really great ways to get your feet wet in the studio. I always suggest trying a new place with a package special so you can test if it will fit with your daily schedule. Eden’s new client packages include options for yoga only or VIP access. These range between $49-$69 and are both 14 day trial periods.

After testing and loving Eden with a new client special, they have unlimited and package deals. The option that works for you will certainly depend on which option best fits your lifestyle. You can purchase the unlimited yoga package starting at $125/month, or the class pack option for 5 monthly visits starts at $65/month.

There is also a VIP unlimited option priced at $149/month with unrestricted access to all things in the studio! They say this is their most popular package, and I can understand why. After learning about all of the services they offer it’s hard to say no to those options!

Final Thoughts

After my first experience at Eden Salt and Yoga Studio, I am talking about and recommending it to everyone! I understand yoga isn’t right for all people. But, I would encourage you to step out of your comfort zone to try something new. The staff and time spent at Eden was exceptional and they are the first studio I’ve found that offers this level of variety! They are not only interested in physical wellness, but holistic wellness of the mind and body.
