The Why
A quick story on how we got here. After being an active CrossFit member and barre instructor for over 3 years, the routine got mundane and I decided I wanted to take a break and explore other fitness options. I made a list of the different workouts and gyms I would be interested in, and am making an attempt to try each one! The different boutique and niche workouts that are out there are almost never ending. The plan is to go down the list trying out all kinds of new workout styles and gyms, then report back here. I also hope to sprinkle in fun lifestyle and travel posts throughout this journey because those are both passions of mine too. Hopefully the information, reviews, and experiences shared here will be inspiring and helpful for someone.
