Top 3 Peloton Instructors I Love!

jessie.m.helton

I am currently on a Peloton craze, and can’t get enough of this quick, easy , and effective workout! I love waking up at home, taking a few steps, and getting in an A+ 30 or 45 minute workout. As with any boutique style workout, people tend to enjoy different instructors. For me, I love an instructor with an upbeat attitude that will push me and also likes to have a good time! Keep reading for my top 3 favorite Peloton instructors to take class from!

Alex Toussaint

In order, Alex Toussaint is my absolute #1 favorite Peloton instructor! His playlists are incredible and his energy in class is unmatched. Alex is motivational in an uplifting, not obnoxious, way that is right on the money for me! I want to feel excited and challenged in a workout, and Alex provides that type of environment. You can imagine it’s hard to connect with an instructor through a screen instead of in person. But, Alex does an incredible job teaching not only in-person clients but clients taking his classes at home too. All of his classes are incredible, but I’m especially fond of his Club Bangers 30 or 45 minute classes!

Cody Rigsby

Even if you’ve never taken a Peloton class in your life, you know who Cody Rigsby is. This instructor is larger than life, and became super popular during Covid. His hilarious one-liners and infectious attitude make him easy to love and enjoy! Cody will push you to your limits, and have you smiling the whole time. He is one of the original Peloton instructors that came to light during the pandemic when virtual Peloton classes really took off as the ideal workout option! Cody builds amazing playlists that will hype you up and have you excited throughout class. His HIIT and Hills classes are my favorite, and some of my top calorie burners too!

Kendall Toole

There are a handful of female Peloton instructors that I really enjoy, but Kendall Toole is my favorite right now! She is spunky, fun, and has a perfect way of keeping you engaged in the workout while also making sure your form is perfect, even through the screen virtually. Kendall teaches both in-person and virtual classes, just like Cody and Alex, which can be really tough to keep all clients engaged in. I love her because she always has fun music and encouraging pushes to keep you moving through class. Kendall’s traditional 30 minute classes are my favorite because you get through class efficiently, get a great calorie burn, and have a fun time doing it!

Those are my top 3 favorite Peloton instructors right now! If you have another Peloton instructor you love, be sure to leave their name and why you love them down below!
