After years of travelling and flying, I’ve finally taken the time to make a list of my favorite all time travel necessities from Amazon! Some of these are old school, tried and true must haves. Others are newer things I cannot live without due to travelling circumstances now post-covid. Either way, this is my no-nonsense must have Amazon travel must haves!
Passport Holder with Card Protector
With how we are travleing now post-covid, especially internationally, you want to be sure to have your vaccine card readily available. Why not have it in the same place as your passport?! Luggage Scale
If you’re like me and tend to over pack, you MUST have one of these! I used to weigh my suitcase the old school way. I would weight myself first, then trying to hold my suitcase and doing the math to figure the difference. The truth is, that was a hot mess. This small portable luggage scale is amazing! It is also super easy to pack, so you can weigh your suitcase before heading home.

Packing Cubes
I wouldn’t consider these 100% necessary, but dang they do make a difference! I feel so much more organized and less anxious when I use my packing cubes. You can sort outfits by days or category, and have a designated cube to put your dirty clothes in. I use these on long international trips, and on short weekend trips. Not to mention, there are a ton of really cute colors and patterns to choose from!

Neck Pillow
This is a must have whether you’ve got a long car ride planned or a long flight. These neck pillows can be found all over the airport, but why pay $30 then when you could snag it for less than $15 on Amazon? It’s incredible the difference this little pillow makes, and getting rest while traveling is key to being able to enjoy yourself once you get there! I bought mine in a charcoal color, but there are lots of other options!

Power Bank
I’ve learned this lesson more than once, unfortunately, but get yourself a power bank! Aubrey always carries 2 with him when we travel, and I have had to use his on multiple occasions. The truth is, you never know when you’re going to need to use your phone while traveling. Sometimes the charging ports in the plane won’t work, and sometimes it’s impossible to find a place to charge your phone in the airport. This little power bank alleviates all the anxiety I have about losing power to my phone. Plus it’s slim and easy to pack!

Audible
I love to read when I’m flying! It helps pass the time and I have a space with no interruptions where I can focus. Usually, I like to have a physical book in hand. But, books take up room and it makes more sense to utilize the technology you already have packed. Enter Audible! I have been a big fan of Audible for a while now, especially while travelling. Listening to books not only helps me on flights, but on long drives too. There are so many choices and genres to listen to that you’ll never run out of great content!
