Workouts Based on Your T-Swift Eras

T-Swift is KILLING her current Eras Tour, and I am loving everyone identifying with her different eras of music! Then I started thinking, why not dedicate different types of fun workouts based on some of those eras? Check out these 5 T-Swift eras and what workouts fit them best!

The Fearless Era –

Taylor’s “Fearless” era is one of her earliest, and when her fame really took off! This feels like the perfect time to dedicate to building fitness through a fun and interactive app. I think the Fearless Era is perfect for the Sweat App by Kayla Itsines or the Alive App by Whitney Simmons. These apps have tons of workout options that are easily accessible to everyone!

You can check out my Alive Strength Training review here!

The RED Era –

The RED era for Taylor is when she started coming into her own, and we started to get a deeper look into her personality. Building off of the color theme, the Red Era is totally geared towards workouts like Orange Theory and Barry’s Bootcamp. Everyone knows the glow of the orange and red lights in these studios, and that’s what RED represents!

PS – I have blog posts with details about both of these workouts that you can find here!

The 1989 Era –

This is my favorite Taylor era when it comes to her fashion! The 1989 era is all about flashy fun, and that makes picking out the workouts super easy. I can’t imagine a more fun workout that Cyclebar and Soul Cycle! It’s literally like being in the club, while also working on your fitness! Imagine the neon outfits and sparkly hair ties!

The Reputation Era –

Overall, this is the most badass Taylor era out of all of them! This is my personal favorite era because it feels like she genuinely moved into her self-confidence. Workouts that make me feel strong and self-confident are what come to mind with this era. CrossFit and Kickboxing are the perfect match for the Reputation era! Nothing gives you the same satisfaction as punching a bag or lifting something heavy.

The Lover Era –

This Lover era is the perfect contrast to the Reputation era. Still strong and confident, but softer and calmer the workouts will also need to have the same feeling. Barre, Pilates, or yoga are the workouts that come to mind that match this era perfectly! These workouts still require tons of strength and confidence, and allow you to work with lower impact.

No matter which T-Swift era you’re in, I hope you found a workout suggestion that fits!
