Workout Review: ZenStudio Fitness

I was talking about being excited to try Eden Yoga and Salt studio, check out that post here, when Aubrey’s sister mentioned that she knew a girl that teaches yoga at a place called ZenStudio in Little Rock. I did some digging and found that this studio does do yoga, but they also do so much more! They incorporate all types of different classes under one roof offering more options than I’ve seen in other boutique fitness studios in this area. Here’s my experience trying out ZenStudio Fitness in Little Rock!

The Studio

The studio for ZenStudio Fitness is in a part of town known as The Heights. This is one of the cutest neighborhoods in Little Rock that has lots of boutique shopping, food, and workout options! The studio is in a building that houses a few other businesses, and you would never expect it to be as large as it is from the outside. Inside ZenStudio Fitness includes a cycling, HIIT workout, barre, and yoga studio! These studios are all done to true boutique style fitness standards. Imagine walking into a Cyclebar, Pure Barre, Orange Theory, and boutique yoga studio and that is what you’ll experience at ZenStudio Fitness.

ZenStudio also has additional Arkansas studios in Jonesboro and Fayetteville, and a fourth studio in Memphis, TN!

The Classes

I have been able to take a couple of the many different classes ZenStudio has to offer over the last week. These include their Express Cycle & Sculpt class, a Restorative Yoga class, and a Barre class. All 3 classes had excellent instructors, great atmospheres, and were a joy to experience!

The Express Cycle & Sculpt class was a perfect 45 minute blend of a cycling & HIIT workout class all done before breakfast. The Restorative Yoga class was 60 minutes and exactly what you want from a toning and calming class. The Barre class was interesting and a different style than any other barre class I’ve taken before. It was about 45 minutes and I definitely felt the burn!

The other classes this studio offers includes dedicated cycling and HIIT classes and other types of yoga classes. I am booked for one of the themed cycling classes this week that I am so excited for!

Pricing

I absolutely love when fitness studios allow your first visit or first week for free. Honestly, it’s just good business in my opinion. This studio is one of those that I love that offers your first visit for free! I took advantage of that option personally, and also looked into their new client specials. ZenStudio Fitness has one of the best new client options I’ve ever seen!

Here are their different pricing options:

  • New Client: $20 for 20 days – I took advantage of this option myself!
  • Single Class Drop In: $25
  • 8 Classes per Month: $120/month
  • 6 Month VIP: $150/month
  • Unlimited Membership: $180/month
  • 10 Class Pack: $200
  • 20 Class Pack: $360

Overall, their pricing is comparable to most other boutique fitness studios. For example, I currently pay $160/month for my unlimited Orange Theory membership with a 6 month contract. With all of the different class options here at ZenStudio, I think the pricing is very fair!

Final Thoughts

If you’re looking for a boutique fitness studio atmosphere with a ton of options AND childcare, you have to try ZenStudio Fitness! Instead of paying between $100-$150/month for a bunch of individual boutique fitness memberships, you could pay $150 to get them all right here. If you live in an area close by to a ZenStudio, you have to take advantage of their first class free and $20 for 20 days new client option. I have enjoyed every class I’ve taken and look forward to trying more classes this week!
