Top 3 At Home Yoga & Pilates Channels

jessie.m.helton

Over the last few weeks I have adjusted my workout routine to include some at home yoga and Pilates workouts on the days I don’t go to Orange Theory. I’ve watched a good number of these free, online workouts on YouTube and have really enjoyed these as my alternate day option! The videos I watch are typically between 30-45 minutes and focus on full body. These 3 YouTube channels are my current favorites, and I hope you’ll give them a try to spice up your own workout schedule!

Move With Nicole

I have done multiple yoga and Pilates videos from this channel and love them all! Nicole designs her videos to be herself as a voiceover to her own practice that she records. I love that she takes the opportunity to do the practice and enjoy the workout, then adds her voiceover to provide a great experience to viewers. Some of my favorites are her yoga videos on the beach or her yoga/Pilates mash up videos that give you the best of both worlds! To check out her videos and content click here!

Alo Yoga

As much as I love to support independent content creators on YouTube, Alo Yoga has one of the best channels for at home yoga. Of course, yoga is their brand so it makes sense they would have great content! They have videos of multiple styles of yoga with different instructors that gives a really fun variety depending on your mood for the day. However, when you’re searching their videos you do have to get deeper into their history now to find these. To check out the different videos Alo has, click here for their channel!

MadFit

Last, but certainly not least, I am so happy that I came across MadFit’s channel! Not only do I love her yoga and Pilates workouts, but I also really love her shorter ab workouts! Actually, her ab workouts were how I originally came across her channel. Then I noticed she also had some slower paced, Pilates based workouts that are also great! If you’re looking for a YouTube fitness channel with a ton of variety, click here to check out her content!
